Two decades ago, I embarked on a real estate journey as a young man, buying, remodeling, and selling run-down homes for profit. In my early days, realtors attempted to steer me away from promising opportunities, driven by concerns about location, price, or personal biases. During this period, a personal challenge emerged as I faced the need for hip replacements at an early age. At 30, I had both hips replaced, with a prognosis of a life filled with limitations. However, this setback became a defining moment. Determined to transcend expectations, I not only overcame the physical adversity but thrived.
